PRIMARY FUNCTION
1. Environment, Health and Safety management system inside OKDO Fire prevention system
2. PPE management system
3. Employee training
4. ISO14001 system management

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To maintain and optimize Environment, Health and Safety system
2. To maintain ISO14001
3. To be responsible for incident investigation and supervision
4. To be responsible for employees' EHS training
5. To collect industrial hygiene data
6. To be responsible for SESIS and all related reports
7. To be responsible for subcontractor management including hot work permit
8. To make monthly safety inspection inside the company and push EHS jobs with EHS team members from different depts..
9. To make monthly inspection for fire extinguishers
10. To be responsible for Personnel Protective Equipment system management
11. To collect related EHS laws & regulations in latest version, evaluate the influence to the company and make proposals accordingly
12. To be the link to OCN EHS teams

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
1. At least 3 years working experience as EHS responsible or comparable position
2. Experience in multinational company and/or light resource manufacturing company
3. Experience in control and feedback control systems

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Major in environment engineering, safety engineering...

SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION
Internal and external communication with OKDO depts., OSRAM-related companies, 3rd parties by phone call, memo, e-mail & meeting

2. Glass Engineer:

Summary of tasks and responsibilities

1. Glass handling knowledge transfer by means of training
On location worldwide or Training school Yizheng
    In both: organising, conducting, after service
2. Technical support on glass handling technologies
Participation in both improvement projects (installed base)
    and innovation projects (platform defining / building blocks).     
Trouble shooting and improvements installed base
Product and process scan installed and 3rd parties equipment
3. Glass Technical knowledge management of processes
Maintaining / improving knowledge on installed base.
Networking with specialists in IPLC’s, GTD mech., GTD development.
Making and updating course material

Characteristics of candidate

• University / Industrial engineer / gezel-glas instrument maker or same through     experiences
• Process Engineer in production or development with >10 years of experience, preferable in Quartz and/or hard    glass
• Knowledge of Diagnostic tools: Certified Green Belt / knowledge of the tools
• Knowledge of lamp making processes
• Spoken and written in English
• Didactical skills and ability to transfer knowledge related to glass processes
• Willing for a long term assignment (min. 10 years)
• Willing to travel abroad; 10-12 weeks/year
• Team player within Global ISGT
• Capable of setting up experiments and defining test equipment.
• Able to set up a network with specialists of other factories.
• Reporting and documentation of process investigations and process data
• “Train the Trainer” skills.
