Payment term:  1) by T/T

                           2) 30% deposit payment before production.  70% balance  before shipment.

Manufacturing Period: normally 30 days after confirmed by us.

Claims and returns: Claims should be filed within 20 days after arrival in destination supported by an inspection support. If it is not the responsibility of the Insurance Company, Shipping Company, other transportation organization, Post office, or force majeure, we will be liable for guilty claims. Returns and or/deduction from next Invoices could be effected by us.
